Our standard massage sessions typically last 60 minutes, but we also offer 90-minute and 120-minute sessions for extended relaxation. You can discuss your preferences with our therapists to determine the best duration for your needs.
Booking and Appointments
How can I book an appointment?
You can easily book an appointment by calling our center or using our convenient online booking system. Choose the date and time that suits you, and you'll receive a confirmation.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, we operate exclusively by reservations as we also provide housecall services. To ensure that you receive the best possible service and to accommodate your schedule, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. However, for safety reasons, we may review requests for female therapists at home.
What should I do before a massage session?
Arrive a few minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. It's also advisable to avoid eating a heavy meal just before your massage and to stay hydrated.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling (48 Hours or More in Advance)
If you need to reschedule your massage appointment and provide at least 48 hours' notice, we are happy to assist you in finding a new suitable date and time at no extra charge.
Cancellation (24 Hours in Advance)
If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, there will be no additional charges, and you will not lose the value of the massage.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours in Advance)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in one of the following options:
The client may choose to forfeit the massage without any additional charges.
If the client prefers not to lose the massage, a surcharge of €5 will apply, which must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.
Same-Day Cancellation (Day of the Massage)
Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled massage appointment will result in one of the following options:
The client may choose to forfeit the massage without any additional charges.
If the client prefers not to lose the massage, a surcharge of €10 will apply, which must be paid before scheduling a new appointment.
Exceptions
We understand that certain unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as sudden illness or emergencies. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Do I need to undress completely for a massage?
You should undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress fully, but you can leave on underwear or any clothing items you prefer. You will be draped throughout the session to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Are your massage therapists certified and trained?

Any inappropriate or sexual advances toward our therapists will not be tolerated, and such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and potential legal action. Why is it suggested to take a shower before receiving a massage?
At Gold Massage Portugal, we recommend clients take a shower before their massage appointment as a courtesy to both themselves and our massage therapists. This practice helps ensure a more comfortable and hygienic massage experience for everyone involved.
Do I need to bring any specific toiletries for the shower?
You do not need to bring any specific toiletries for a pre-massage shower. Our facilities are equipped with everything needed for a quick rinse, including soap, shampoo, and towels.
Can I take a shower after the massage?
Certainly! If you prefer to shower after your massage, our facilities will be available for your use. Many clients find a post-massage shower to be refreshing and a great way to extend the relaxation benefits of the treatment.
